urgent prayers needed for Julie and children

Dear Lord,
                this is another case of child stealing by social workers away from their mother by deception.

Julie is worried and need help as these social workers want her in prison. Julie should by rights have a hearing in front of a jur, not in secret, but a open court.

we have seen two case's were we know of jury's and have witness the right out come. I pray she can over turn the dirty deeds of others.

Julie has been told she can only see her children five times a year with two social workers, this is very hard and has broken her heart.

I pray she will get the protection and help to over turn the these evil acts. As long as wicked people hold power, righteous people will not enjoy peace and security. (Proverbs 29:2; Ecclesiastes 8:9)

With the power of the holy spirit and the blood of Jesus Christ we have victory.

She is up against a real evil with two social workers and a corrupt family court.

I pray for protection, help and support for Julie so she can fright this wickedness and more.

My daughter is working as a trainee nurse in the community in a poor town in London.  Father we pray the injustices that are going on will be fully exposed and those in positions of care around the vulnerable will not be fearful to speak out as their concience guides them.  Let us not be fearful of the rules that humankind bind around us, let us break these fetters and consider the rule of God that says speak out for the vulnerable.  Father we pray for Julia and her children and we pray the help that is required will be forth coming.  Wake up the people who live in her community and make them like bulls in the face of injustice.  Open their eyes to see the innocent are treated like the guilty and the guilty are treated as the innocent.  Let the truth be spoken and let Julie once again hold her children in her arms.  None will seperate me from my children. Read Romans chapter 8 to be inspired and empowered by His Spirit.  Amen.

This Mother was found innocent of two counts of common assault and received an official exoneration as the conviction was quashed yesterday the 21 October 2010 at Crown Court.



This was a gross and deliberate miscarriage of justice and she had been convicted, sentenced and punished for a crime she did not commit.



This event has further highlighted the serious failures in the criminal justice system, which have contributed to the miscarriage of justice. Amongst the many disturbing features is the obtaining of false testimony and fabrication of evidence by the local authority employees with an ulterior and malicious motive.

Dear Lord,
the warmongering local authority have not been deterred by the verdict and official exoneration and despite stating they would wait for the outcome of the criminal appeal (at a directions hearing in the family court on 4 August 2010) to make findings of fact as to what happened; they have now moved the goalposts and demanded that the family court judge put this Mum back on trial which will be the third time that she has had to faced proceedings in this matter!!

At the directions hearing on 29 October 2010 the local authority solicitor C M and the local authority’s ruthless barrister R G, ensured the family court judge listed a four-day hearing in December to seek the reinstatement of the false allegations -effectively reconvicting her.

The fact that she has been cleared of assault of the social workers in the Crown Court which meets the highest standard of proof has angered the guilty parties and the local authority supported by the treacherous children's solicitor T V for the guardian (S H) would not let up in the judge ordering another trial in the family courts (on the balance of probabilities) in the full confidence this tame judge will bow down to every wish of this corrupt council. Nonetheless the evidence clearly demonstrates She is innocent of the false charges whether it be on the balance of probability in the family courts (lowest standard of proof) and the criminal standard (beyond a reasonable doubt).

Please pray for right justice and truth, this Mum needs a lot of support. Lord we put her and this situation in your hands. AMEN
